Access to certain features of our services requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or as stated in our Consumer Rights policy.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain statutory rights. If our services are not as described, fit for purpose, or of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a remedy. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you subscribe to cancel for any reason. If you have used the services during this period, you may be required to pay for the services received.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by OwnerHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business property management purposes.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by law, OwnerHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OwnerHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
